40° Annual General Meeting RTI
| Carissimi Tablers, come è già stato detto il quarantennale ricorre...ogni quarant'anni!!! E quest'anno, a Milano, in coincidenza con l'AGM, vivremo un avvenimento che, a mio avviso, non sarà solo storico, ma sarà la grande occasione per stringerci attorno a persone che hanno "dato" e continueranno a "dare" con lo spirito unico e inconfondibile della Round Table. Sarà l'occasione per tributare il giusto riconoscimento alle persone che ci hanno preceduto nel ricoprire la carica di presidente nei 40 anni di continua crescita quantitativa e qualitativa della RTI. Sarà il momento di ringraziarli per tutto quello che hanno fatto e il modo più tangibile è quello di essere presenti. Saremo tanti alla AGM di Milano e altrettanti dovremo essere al quarantennale, perché credo che tutti Voi abbiate la curiosità e la voglia di conoscere, salutare e, perché no, abbracciare chi ha dato un così alto contributo ad un movimento di amicizia che non ha mai mancato di stringersi, coagularsi, rafforzarsi nel perseguire le tante finalità di cui tutti siamo orgogliosi. Dearest Tablers, as already said the fourtieth anniversary takes place...every fourty years!!! This year, in Milan, in coincidence with AGM we will be able to live an experience which is not only a historical event but also a great occasion for celebrating together with persons who have given and are giving with the unique spirit of Round Table members. It is the right occasion for rendering honours to those persons who have come ahead of us in covering the maximum institutional office for the last 40 years during which the RTI has grown under the aspects of quantity and quality. It will be the right moment for thanking them for all they have made, and I believe that the best way to do so will be through our presence. There will be many of us at the AGM in Milano and as many should we be at the fourthieth anniversary, because I think that all of you will desire to meet, to greet and, why not, also to embrace the persons who have given such great contribution to a movement of frienship that has never failed in getting closer and stronger in pursuing the various aims of which all of us are so proud of.
